In the pure French department Lot-et-Garonne (situated close by the Dordogne, the South of France), is situated our beautiful land house “Frances” with new holiday accommodations (2006) and a new swimming pool (2006).
Our private home has got 6 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room and a new kitchen (2005). All this is situated on a terrain of 3.5 ha with a private wood. The terrain is totally fenced off. Moreover, the terrain offers you another building where we have realised our 3 holiday accommodations and office, 4 horseboxes, an orchard with different breeds of fruit, a vineyard and 2 hangars. Everywhere is a free, unlimited view of the beautiful environment. “Francès” is close by the departmental capital Agen which supplies you with for example high schools, hospitals, first years of university, nice shops, museums, churches, international train station (with TGV) and airport. Though, Frances is situated quietly.
